The Hearables app provides users with convenient access to a variety of features and functions for supported boAt audio products. With its one-touch self-diagnostics function, you can easily troubleshoot any software issues you may encounter. Additionally, you'll find detailed product information, user manuals, and options for button/touch customization and over-the-air updates.

To know which models are compatible with the app, simply refer to the "Supported Devices" section. Currently, the following models are supported:

After pairing your boAt product with your smartphone, it will automatically appear in the 'My Device' section if it is compatible. You can easily manage multiple boAt products from a single dashboard.

Once connected, you'll have access to advanced features specific to select models:

• boAt Smart Talk: This intuitive technology allows you to use voice commands to handle various tasks such as answering or rejecting incoming calls and receiving caller ID announcements without needing to look at your phone.
• SpeakThru Mode: When you speak into the microphone, the in-ear audio volume is automatically reduced.
• Adaptive EQ: Create a personalized audio profile or choose from preset EQ modes to enhance your listening experience.

In addition to these advanced functions, the app also offers several innovative features:

• Active Noise Cancellation: Enjoy noise-free listening with Hybrid/FF ANC technology, regardless of your location.
• boAt Spatial Audio: Immerse yourself in a theater-like surround sound experience.
• Dolby Audio and Dolby Atmos: Experience enhanced audio with dimension through Dolby technology.
• Quick Mute: Instantly mute and unmute the microphone with a simple finger tap.
• Self-Diagnostics Mode: Quickly address software-related issues regarding Bluetooth connectivity, microphone, speaker, battery, and more by tapping into the app's self-diagnostics feature.
• Battery and Connectivity Indicator: Keep track of your hearable's battery level and Bluetooth connectivity status with the app's visual indicator.
• Button/Touch Remapping: Customize the button/touch controls of your hearable according to your preferences.
• Help and Support: Easily access user manuals, product information, and customer support services for prompt assistance.
• boAt Store: Discover and purchase new launches and other product offerings from the all-inclusive store section.

Accessibility Permission

The app's accessibility function is designed to assist you in situations where you may be unable to access the app directly, such as while driving or working out. In these cases, the Smart Talk feature uses your device's Accessibility settings to perform actions on your behalf. By using voice commands like "Accept" and "Reject," you can answer or decline incoming calls without needing to interact with your phone. Smart Talk also announces the caller's name, helping you make informed decisions about whether to accept or reject the call without looking at your phone. Please note that your voice commands are neither recorded nor shared with third parties.
